From 64E (Newport News): Take the Settler's Landing Road/Hampton University Exit, turn right towards downtown, cross over the bridge, at the first stoplight turn right onto Eaton Street, the office is the building on your right. There is a parking garage available (for a small charge) or on-the-street parking.
From 64W (Norfolk): Take the Woodland Road/Hampton University Exit, turn left towards downtown and the university, cross over the bridge, at the first stoplight turn right onto Eaton Street, the office is the building on your right. There is a parking garage available (for a small charge) or on-the-street parking.
From Mercury Boulevard: Take Armistead Avenue toward downtown, make a left at Pembroke Avenue, got through the next light, take the first right onto Eaton Street, the building is at the end of Eaton Street on the left. If you wish to park in the garage (for a small charge), turn left onto Queen Street, or there is on-the-street parking available.
